of Maxine Waters could well have handed Mr. Chauvin grounds for an appeal.

If found guilty, Chauvin should appeal and the judge of the current case suggested that it may very likely be that Waters’ inciting violence could be strong grounds for the appeals court to overturn the convictions.

Of course, this is when the law mattered.
