instead of the brutal assault and attack that led to the death of Mr. Anwar by these 2 killers! They deserve to be charged with murder. They plotted and planned to attack Mr. Anwar with a Taser and steal his car no matter what would happen to him. It's chilling on the video how one of them can be seen walking past the poor dying man on the sidewalk without so much as a hint of concern for his injuries. DC has obviously become just another haven for all kinds of raging murderous criminals.
