house. I'm the queen of extreme cheapskates. I don't use my oven, I go outside and check my meter daily, I've even saved my bath water to flush toilets with. Electric rates are cheaper at night so I cook and vacuum after midnight.

Most of the time I have to pay for the overage or it rolls over to next year's budget. Once or twice I think I actually got a check.
