I stream videos from Amazon quite often and have noticed that other titles that are not related to anything controversial will be in the catalog with that same message about the video being unavailable. Amazon doesn’t own that content and it is possible that their license for that particular title expired. Someone mentioned streaming it on Hoopla through their local library; yes, it is there for free. My library system doesn’t have it on DVD but we’re pretty small. Anyway there are other options if you want to watch.
