Where's the National Guard? Biden doesn't have to go there now more than a week later into the crisis to survey the damage in Texas or to understand how bad the situation is there. Why can't the military do food drops, water drops, etc., to prevent people from starving, if the roads aren't accessible. The death toll is climbing on Biden's watch...
