You should find something else than being "cognitively compromised."

Trump had very little cognition of anything. He was all bravado, conceit, lying and blustering. In his case, the lack of cognition often was because he simply did not care, but whatever he did care about he willfully misunderstood (to fit his prejudices) or just plain did not get it.

Joe Biden's capacity is just fine. You should find something else to pick on.
