It is a horrible speech and he indeed called his awful hench people "very special" and said "we love you."

See link to a video of the speech together with what happened at the Capitol. It was directly inciting people to do what they did.

Various versions have been played over and over and his speech is in fact being used in the impeachment trial against him. He is telling them to fight for him. They listened.
