There was fraud. The SOS and Governor did NOT follow the State Constitution. They broke the law. They made changes to the voting process only weeks before the election. They did not go through the legislature to change the laws. That's fraud, illegal and they need to be charged. They didn't even compare signatures on registration to ballots. They certainly were not ready to have a full blown mail-in ballot. They sent everyone a ballot, some more than one without verifying the person still lived there. Funny though is the cutoff date you could start sending in your ballot with because it was "in the State Constitution" yet extended the period of counting ballots which was not in the State Constitution. NOV.3 is election day, not beyond that date.
So, I count the above rule breaking as fraud. Yet no court would hear the evidence or see the evidence. If they had, they would agree. This is not about overturning the election. It was about fraud by the democratic officials.
