Although I'm really concerned that the Supreme Court will also toss it out due to the highly political nature of the case and their reluctance to be involved that way. I hope I'm wrong. If any case deserves a ruling by the SCOTUS it's this one. We need their final judgment on whether or not PA acted within the law regarding the election process there. Then hopefully we can all finally move on to what's next.
