The election isn’t official until after the Electoral College votes in December and Congress certifies it. The Senate will count the Electoral College votes and they will declare the winner.
President Trump is well within his constitutional rights to appeal to the Supreme Court. I support his effort in seeking the truth for all Americans on whether or not fraud played a part in the presidential election results in PA. Whatever happens, I'm thankful that the right to contest an election and challenge the validity of the vote count in close races exists and stands protected under the Constitution and no one will ever change that!!
