Try removing the "dead" people that voted, the illegal aliens that voted, the fraudulent mail ins for COMMUNIST PARTY LEADER BIDEN,. and you have a net vote count of 12 people...that would SOME of COMMUNIST PARTY LEADER BIDEN's family and HEELS UP HARRIS AND HER HUSBAND.
