Of course, the judge declined to hear their case; and there's no guarantee that the Supreme Court will see it has any merit and decide to hear it. There's something to be said for conceding with dignity and letting the president elect get on with important business of the country, like the pandemic, national security, and rebuilding the economy. All you Pubs are doing is delaying the important business of running the country. You should all be ashamed of yourself.
