I don’t know how they gather the statistics for viewership, but ratings could be down because watching games with virtual fans imight not be as much fun for people. The Seahawks-Cardinals game went into overtime due to a tie and the Cardinals won by a field goal. The Seahawks had their first loss and didn’t play well, Russell Wilson was intercepted 3 times. Maybe people didn’t watch because they’re fed up with the way the team has been playing; in the prior week, the Seahawks barely eked out a win. If you look at the says for the World Series, you might also see that viewership is down. I wasn’t aware of the Seahawks or the Cardinals doing anything in particular to antagonize their audience. If someone in this forum ever had an original thought or didn’t present an article taken out of context I would think I was in the wrong place.
