Do you think these groups are going to go away quietly? Look at all the rioting and looting. It's not the right doing this.

A college education doesn't mean as much as it used to. If teachers would teach instead of immediately jointing unions that contribute to Democrats, f doctors would heal rather than just treat with drugs (they don't have any nutritional or alternative training) and/or using their MD as a way to push a political point of view (look at the AMA and NEJM, both donate to Democrats), if scientists would pushing the truth rather skewing results to get them more funding, maybe they would have more respect.
