I guess clueless (or callous) Joe never watched the History Channel's Modern Marvels episode on The Secrets of Oil. It was a fascinating episode actually, an eye opener to just how many common, everyday petroleum-based products we all use and don't even realize it (lipstick is just one) and how vital the oil industry is to our everyday life! Shut down the oil industry? Catastrophic, to say the least. What a moronic thing to say. He doesn't care about families, livelihood, jobs, etc., and his true ugly colors continue to emerge.
