I was a registered Democrat from 1988 until this year. I hated Trump in 2016, and I hated Clinton even more. I didn't vote. I'm ashamed of that, but I was overwhelmed and had to rethink everything. I'm now a registered Republican, not a "right-winger."
I suspect many people posting here and the people liking those posts are simply Republicans or conservatives. We are not extremists, and we are not conspiracy nuts. Some of us are actually centrists. In fact, my political spectrum tests always plot my little dot darn near the dead center of the graph, nowhere NEAR either "wing." It's also 1 tick to the LEFT, to be honest, and 2 ticks down into libertarianism; I don't think I can even call myself a "conservative," although I would not object to being called one.
We ARE the silent majority, and we are trying to save the country with our votes. I believe in God, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights (ALL of it) and the free market. The fact that this would label me a "right-winger" or any sort of extremist is deeply disturbing and very telling.
It's time to stand up for reason, common sense and basic Christian principles. It's time to stand up for America. It's time to stop voting Democrat.
