Look at the language: "The car went off the road" vs. "was driven off the road." Something "came out of nowhere" vs. "someone wasn't looking where he was going." An entire country put on ice "because of the virus" vs. "governors ordered businesses closed."
"OrangeManBad" is only the latest iteration of this.
