He might try before that to yell real loud to get around all the muting going on, but he doesn't seem like the kind of guy who likes wasting his time with nonsense. That's if he even bothers to go through with this last debate that is so obviously set up in favor of Biden.
The commission has also conveniently removed the crucial topic of foreign policy from the debate, no doubt because of Hunter's profit-making deals in different countries made possible by using his father's influence as vice-pres. A little too close for comfort, right Joe?
