Yes, aggressive responses are par for the course AFTER (as you pointed out) being attacked, especially during primaries when candidates are battling for their party's nomination, but no previous sitting president during a presidential debate has ever been called "clown", "jerk", "fool" or told to "shut up" or "quit yapping" or subjected to the constant laughing, weird facial grimacing and head shaking that Biden embarrassingly displayed. And the obvious reason for Biden's childish behavior was because he couldn't counter or contradict the issues President Trump raised, so he reacted instead like an enraged child and started name-calling. Before you call others "foolish and uninformed", try taking your own advice so you don't sound so silly. (Might be a good idea also to give your CAPS key a rest and maybe take a few deep breaths so that in your frenzy, you don't omit words like "OF".)
