Biden can't even reliably read off a teleprompter. How would he handle a second voice in his head telling him what to say? (Assuming there's a first voice in his head...)
Repeating what someone says to you is much more difficult than reading out loud. There's no way Biden could handle that. I've seen people on cable have problems when technical issues cause them to hear themselves in their earpiece.
It's totally obvious when it happens. There's a delay before they speak and their eyes glaze over a bit while they're listening.
I'd actually be impressed if Biden could pull it off.
