We are in a different time. It’s the intent behind the packing, to make the court political.

If all events over the next few years fall to Democrat favor, allowing them to “pack the court” and more states...let there be no doubt the Republic will come to an end.

For example, District Courts are a creation of the Congress. They have the authority to restrict the District Courts. Only the Supreme Court was created by the Constitution. Democrats will try this if they pack the Court.

Let’s say the Democrats gained control of the House, Senate and White House and then packed the Court. They then pass a law banning all firearms, the right to self defense and declare Christianity unlawful. The newly packed Court rules these new laws as "Constitutional."

That is why the Constitution is not the highest law (God is), and there is a law above all human law and it is THAT law that the framers recognized.

This DOES NOT MEAN SOCIALISM OR A COMMUNIST TAKEOVER OF GOVERNMENT.

It means the ORIGINAL CONSTITUTION. What the looters and rioters and Democrats are doing now is trying to overthrow our ORIGINAL CONSTITUTION. This is going to end in Civil War.
