While yes, these appear to be Amish buggies, no one in the parade is dressed like the Amish.

Women have their head covered at all times with a bonnet. They wear dresses. Never jeans. Ever. Men always wear hats. Not baseball caps. Most of them don’t wear jeans either.

Someone took creative licensing with this clip. When I lived in Wisconsin, I lived in the same county as the Amish and saw them regularly. No one who participated in the parade (that I saw) is Amish. Go look at it again and see if you can find an Amish participating in the parade.

Its probably a buggy/riding club.

Not only that, its rare for an Amish to even vote, much less participate in a parade.

In Pennsylvania –
“…..there are 76,000 Amish living in Pennsylvania. Of those, 30,860 live in Lancaster County and 15,055 are eligible to vote, although only 2,052 registered. Of that number 1,019 actually voted in 2016.”
