own officials refuse to address lawlessness, apprehend rioters and murderers, and protect their citizens and property. Why should the nation's be indebted even more to protect those people from the consequences of their non-action?

"Blue states" didn't get that way by accident. Those aren't "protesters." They're violent looters, rioters and murderers.
