Beware of still images taken from television news reports.
The photo was authentic. So was the original story about Biden. If you watch the story, you can see that the story was about Biden's Florida visit. It showed a shot of Biden at his appearance, then panned to Trump's rally. It was all part of the same story, and not at all misleading.
