all the govt programs that go along with that through that child's life. Personal responsibility is lacking.

How will blackness be verified? Genetic testing or self-assessment?
That's going to be a problem with this type of stuff. Eventually one-drop-rule folks are going to want their share of the racial grievance cash.

As more and more mixed-race couples bring children into the world, eventually you'll have kids who look white but claim to be black, and they're not making it up.

That's where all of this falls apart.
