I don't see how they can expect this guy to be taken seriously. He either doesn't make sense in half of what he's talking about or he makes up completely false information to use in attempting to make President Trump look bad and incompetent. No, Joe Biden is the incompetent one in every sense of the word! The entire Democratic Party was very foolish to have chosen Biden to run against President Trump when it's so obvious Joe Biden can't even keep it together.
