If she is not of sound mind, it is all the more reason to get some help and find a better living situation. Mental instability and being alone on the street makes her even more vulnerable. The blogs have mentioned witnessing a murder, an encounter with a drug addict in a public restroom, traffic accidents and a few other things that would take a toll on anyone’s mental health. Continuing to request money and then blowing it and asking for more without some kind of game plan only enables her to continue doing what she is doing. I think that Wendy just didn’t realize what she was getting into when she began life on the road. I’ve never met the woman but I worry about her safety. It’s difficult to know which stories are true and how much imagination is at play. I don’t think she is intentionally scamming people, but I don’t think it is going to end well if something doesn’t change. Continuing to throw money at the situation is not the answer.
