after Covid illness, but I've also heard that it isn't unusual for hair loss like this to happen after any serious illness or any kind of tremendous stress.
Once worked with a lady who was in her mid-30s. She was engaged to be married for the first time and was trying to cope with handling a lot of the wedding plans, etc. She was stressed out of her mind. Every day she was showing me clumps of her long hair falling out. Our office manager told her to just supplement with vitamins and minerals, which made lots of sense to me.
