How can the people closest to him just stand by and watch him deteriorate. It is cruel. The man desperately needs medical treatment. If he has any chance at this stage for therapy to help slow his cognitive decline, then this is what should be done for him right now instead of putting him through the extreme stress of running for president. I think you're right, he may not be able to go through with any of this for much longer.
