because right now Covid is surging in my area. Someone should have told that elderly woman to do her shopping during the special hours set aside only for seniors and immunocompromised persons. I do and usually only see maybe half a dozen people in the store and everyone there, from the workers to the customers, are all wearing their masks. I don't agree with harassing people like that, especially those poor little kids. None of this is their fault. I agree with you, there are ways to avoid being around lots of people and ways to protect yourself if you really can't avoid the crowds.
