I've wondered this myself. These are not legitimately enacted laws, and they change from one moment to the next. I read of one city mandating face masks for public meetings unless you're seated. So the virus can bop around while people walk in or out, and obediently stay put when they sit down? And I have yet to find out why, if "social distancing" is so effective, why this business with masks continues.
