If Democrats truly believe in systemic racism, why is Biden the presumptive - nominee? sm

Democrats say there is systemic racism in the US that favors old white men over people of color. Yet, when they had a chance to nominate a woman or person of color they instead voted for Biden and Sanders in the primary.

If they truly believe in systemic racism why would they vote for Biden?
