He never said he hated America. Maybe he hated the way America is. He said what blacks have been experiencing for years and still protesting about.

I don't know on the quarterback part, not part of the teams I watch. He was making a statement and was being supported by whites, blacks and everybody else until Trump stepped and caused chaos. Maybe if people had listened to him and them back then it wouldn't have gotten to where we are. People before him protested and nobody listened.

I'm an elderly white female who grew up in and around poor black neighborhoods and believe me, I know there is scum just like there is scum in every other place in America. The scum in the black neighborhoods is just more confined.

I've lived around both black and white scum and neither are pleasant, but for the most part in my hood/neck of the woods we all get along.

Hint to neck of the woods people about hood people: Look in the mirror.
