Good Lord, People! Put on your color blinders and choose the best person for each particular position.
We don't give a rat's arse what color, shape, size, number of body piercings, etc, etc, etc your employees have as long as your product is top drawer.
If you are a publicly-owned corporation, I'm sure your stockholders have the same opinion with respect to their investment.
Let liberal college professors bother themselves in their academic lounges about such minutia as how many black, brown, yellow white red or purple noses they count. Your attention should be elsewhere...Here, in your company's owners' and customers' best interest.
Or you are in the wrong profession.
