They may call him a dictator if he imposes martial law or decide to call him something else if he does not. Nothing he does or does not do will be enough, so he just needs to make the decision he thinks is best for the country and go with it. God willing, it will be the right decision, but at least it will be some kind of action to try and bring this chaos at least down a few notches and restore some order, maybe save some lives.
