They are fine with protests, as am I, which I am assume they are referring to peaceful gatherings, not riots. As far as COVID, all this time has been spent distancing and isolating so as not to cause a second wave. By that logic, not distancing and isolating will cause a second wave. So, since it is a foregone conclusion that we will have a second wave, let's just go ahead and get it over with. Control it. Start it up. Call the doctors and nurses who have been furloughed back to work and use the preparations and training already in place during the first wave and git 'er done.
