The cop in Minneapolis has been arrested, charged with murder. There will be an investigation. There will be a trial. That’s how we do things in America.

Encouraging a rampaging mob to forcibly extract “justice” is what the Democrats used to do under Jim Crow. Sounds like Rev Al thinks that’s okey-dokey.
