2)Often your only interaction with citizens is with criminals who have committed felonies which leads you to be cynical.
3) Every traffic stop is potentially a fatal encounter.
4)Too many fellow officers would readily enforce blatantly unconstitutional orders.
5)If you are involved in a shooting, and such, sometimes only part of it is caught on video, not the whole thing, and people who have the luxury of hindsight and hours to analyze your actions will judge you.
