When Bernie or Trump talk people debate what they've said. Agree or disagree. Dangerous dictator or savior to the nation. Both men have this effect on their political enemies and friends.
Contrast that with what you see when Biden talks. Interviewers get that look on their face. That "Wait, is he done? Is that his answer?" look. There's no debate on Biden's policies. There's only "What did he just say?"
The Dem media (not the person interviewing, the people who write about the interview) then jumps in to tell you what Biden meant when he said...
Watch. You'll see this pattern repeat with Biden over and over again.
It's very much like visiting a demented grandparent in the convalescent home. You say "Hi. How are you feeling?" Your grandma says something crazy. Your mom notices the confused look on your face and explains grandma is talking about something from her childhood.
