I've got outpatient clinics and ortho surgeries - all nonessential medical.

I made 26 dollars yesterday, mostly closing out accounts or putting them on hold until the restrictions are removed, which will probably be in July or August if we're lucky.

I listened to the Senate on You Tube yesterday.. this one senator I didn't get his name or his state but he launched into this speech about how "we've" got to pass the plan... Americans are waiting to go back to work! Americans WANT to work. They are lost without their jobs! Their jobs are part of their identity.

I'm like WHAAAAAT. Listen, I don't know about the REST of you but I work to live not live to work. I know , the rich folks who hire us pee-ons like to think they are doing us a favor by making up crappy-paying jobs for us to fill while they skim off the good money. But that's just not the case for anybody. Not the guy at Subway or the MT sitting at home scratching out a living. Those donkeys in the Senate don't have a clue.

And this emergency money, though rich corporations are getting hundreds of billions, is not going to restart the economy. The only thing that will do that is for the SARS-CoV-2 virus (yes, it's really SARS) goes away. The WHO named it COVID-19 so china, S. Korea, Japan, Singapore and the rest of Asia wouldn't panic since they got slammed by the SARS Classic virus. And the rest of the world wouldn't blame China.

We've been overdue for a Pandemic and have been bracing for one since SARS 1 or Classic whatever you want to call it. That's why one week after Trump was sworn in some of the agencies ran a mock pandemic by an H3N9 (not sure about the numbers) with his staff. Unfortunately, I'm not sure any of those people were left when the real one hit.
