Pelosi might be recognizing political backlash for her manipulative schemes.

I'm not sure if Pelosi’s bill was to deviously sneak in things for the Democrats or rather to create a laundry list of items that the Republicans voted against to be used by the Dems in the upcoming Federal election campaign ....

Either way, it backfired.
