the point where the Dem leadership must be persuaded to change their attitude or we will have violent revolution.

Pelosi has a large and influential family, for instance. Some of them must be vulnerable to corruption charges. If this doesn't work, then Trump simply needs to reopen the country and treat the victims as they fall ill.
