blessings from God while you were working to get an education. You believe you did it all on your own. Your attitude seems to be one of arrogance, ingratitude, and envy. How do you know you worked harder than poor people? You're upset that someone else who is in a bad situation got help? Why? Are you so bitter you cannot see the many blessings in your own life? Should others who don't enjoy your particular blessings be bitter that you get to experience them but they don't? Having a good attitude (of gratitude) goes a long way in life. It can be the difference between contentment and misery. You can actually choose NOT to be bitter.
Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.
