Go ask Trump. He's the one that said he wasn't going to use the pen and that's all he does. LOL It's really funny that Trump thought he would just "sign away" everything Obama did but it hasn't been so easy for him because that pen is perfectly legal. It takes process to get rid of those signatures, just as the next democrat will have to go through processes to get rid of the destruction that Trump did. It's kind of like how Trump wouldn't have time to golf yet that is all he does when he's not tweeting.
