Ever hear of Boyan Slat? Probably not. He invented a system of clearing plastic from the ocean. That's it. He's not trotted out like a trained seal to demand money-grabs or statist control or the death of capitalism. He's actually done something constructive. As the caption says, "They don't want solutions(;) they want more taxes."
