Do you think they are welcome where - "elite" republicans live?

They are not put with any of the elite.

Another thing, refugees are not illegal as your post seems to indicate.

I'm not for swarms of people coming in as refugees but the wording of the article indicates she wants to just bring millions of them in and makes it like she says they are not going in her neighborhood. I'm sure she lives in a nice neighborhood. Do you want your tax dollars paying for refugees to be put up in wealthy neighborhoods? I don't.

I personally like Amy and have since she joined the race. I still don't know that she could be the candidate but I know she would make a better choice than Bernie. I still think Biden would be a good choice but as I said, Trump destroyed him. What did people think would happen when Trump was allowed to get away with setting out to destroy Biden with the aid of Russia? Russia won that but hopefully people will wake up to Trump very soon. He is destroying people's careers and lives and the republicans keep letting him get away with it. He is destroying the careers of honorable military and other government servants. He is destroying whole American government departments and turning them into his puppets.

Anyway, the point of my post was that Breitbart is now trying to make Amy look bad so good for her for taunting them. I imagine Trump will soon be making vulgar tweets about her so that means she did good.

If Bernie is the nomination, I will vote for him but he would do best by picking one of the moderates (Biden, Amy or Pete), though I don't know that any of them would run with Bernie. He's too far left for me. I would love to see a president/vice president combination in any order out of the three moderates.
