emphasis on unproven theory that the roots of modern liberalism spring from fascism. As such, it doesn't describe actual people, so if someone is a liberal that does not automatically make them a theoretical liberal fascist. After all, liberal fascism is only an idea, not an actual concrete thing. Also, all Dems are not liberals. It's estimated that about 50% of Dems are liberals and the rest are progressives, moderates, or Democratic socialists. So every time a Dem says or does something, they are not espousing "liberal fascist" ideals. They might just be a progressive or moderate Dem, and so the label wouldn't even apply to them. I think it is pretty silly to blame everything democratic on those pesky "liberal fascists" because they don't even exist. See below for one of many reviews of Jonah Goldberg's book, Liberal Fascism, to get an idea of what I am talking about and why it is just wrong to be throwing the label "liberal fascist" around when talking about all Democrats or talking about anyone for that matter.
