also struggle with reading and writing themselves. Perhaps by becoming teachers, they were hoping to learn by teaching it. Ya gotta wonder, how they were able to obtain "teaching degrees" with no reading or writing skills, i.e. being illiterate themselves and getting through the system. On top of that, they beg for higher pay when it's obvious they are not worth it.
