law that picks and chooses which elective procedures can be used as deductions, and what do you mean the taxpayers pays twice? All abortions are not paid for by the government. The vast majority of people actually pay for their own health insurance, and it is not taxpayer funded. They also have copays when getting medical care. Some people pay a lot out of pocket for their health care. Do you think everyone is on welfare?
