As we saw in 2017 , North Korea had already made breakthroughs in their ability to manufacture and deploy nuclear weapons via ballistic missiles. What Iran and North Korea both needed was big money and access to Western nuclear technology, instrumentation, hardware plus know how and manufacturing technology to implement and deploy their nuclear weapons.

All of these items needed to scale up their nuclear weapons to a military force were explicitly given to them via Kerry and Obama.

Iran had full access and co ownership of NK nuclear programs. Pres Trump shut down North Koreans nuclear program which made a mess of their schemes to acquire nuclear ballistic missiles.

It was the worst deal in American history.
